Your satisfaction is the highest priority. Your prints will be produced using the highest standards, finest papers, pigment inks, and should last many lifetimes. They are investments as well as art to decorate your environment. Should you have any issue with your product, please contact folionline.com immediately for a speedy resolution.

Shipping, Returns, & Taxes

Individual prints and print sets will be shipped rolled in heavy duty shipping tubes. Larger sets may be shipped boxed.

Every effort is made to ship your folios or prints as promptly and safely as possible. Should there be a delay, you will be contacted immediately. All Open Edition and Limited Edition prints and folios are shipped free and insured by FedEx within the United States. Shipments to PO Boxes will be by USPS Priority.

International shipments are subject to shipping charges and the receiver is responsible for all VAT or import taxes levied by your country. Sales tax may be applicable within the US and will be added to the invoice where required. Should your package arrive damaged in transit, retain all packaging. Contact folionline.com immediately. All necessary arrangements for the return of any damaged item and its replacement will be made. folionline.com is not responsible for delays in shipping that are not within our control and are caused by FedEx, UPS, USPS or other couriers; or other delays caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Should you wish to return any item for any reason, you may do so within 15 days of receipt after first requesting a return authorization and a shipping label. International orders must pay return shipping except in the case of return for damage or warranty issues. Refunds will be issued once returns are received. Shipping charges are not refundable. (These terms do not apply to books purchased through our site at Blurb).

About Your Prints

All prints offered through folionline.com are printed on Canon professional printers using fine art papers*, are archival and acid free. Inks are pigment inks and will not fade. Your artwork should be cared for like any other fine art with proper framing in acid free mats. When properly cared for, these prints will last forever. Information regarding the paper size, maker, type, and image size are offered on individual image gallery pages. All loose prints are printed with at least a 1” white border.

Card sets are printed on acid free 60 lb. card stock using the same pigment inks and are suitable for framing.

Colors reproduced in prints may not match the colors shown on your monitor. This is not considered to be misprinted. Prints are produced in the studio and are matched to a calibrated monitor, examined under 5000°K lamps, and are true to the artist’s intent. Prints will not be replaced under warranty should the colors not match your monitor.

All Open Edition Prints are signed by the artist and carry a stamp of authenticity on the back. This stamp is your guarantee that the print is an original direct from the artist.

Please be aware that purchase of a photograph or print does not transfer copyright or any other rights of usage. Prints are for display only. Copyright for your image remains property of the artist and George Cannon – Images LLC. Prints or artwork may not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, or duplicated in any fashion or by any means without the express written permission of the artist or George Cannon – Images LLC.

* fine art papers - Some prints will be printed on Museo Silver Rag. However due to scarcity and possible discontinued availability of this paper, other similar papers may replace this paper including papers by Red River, Hahnemuhle, and Canson. All images in portfolios will be printed on paper from one manufacturer.
